The hoop is included with the dress, and gives extra fullness in the skirt and makes it far easier to walk and dance as it is away from your body.
Stunning lace up back, allows for tightening or loosening, so there is no need to worry about exact measurements between buying the dress and the wedding day, as small fluctuations can be easily allowed for at the back.
