The Dress

This stunning ivory-coloured, V-neck gown features a French Guipure lace bodice with an organza skirt. Australian designed by Wendy Makin Couture. I found it flattering as well as very comfortable to wear, and I would love another bride to be as happy in it as I was.

Size 10 and easily altered by a seamstress to fit you perfectly. I am approx. 170cm tall (5'7) and I wore 4cm heels. I have some extra of the gorgeous Santina lace if needed. The skirt has a train and also hidden loops if you want to bustle up the skirt for dancing / reception like I did. No bra necessary- the gown has built-in, moulded cups - though I did choose to wear one. The dress fastens with a zip and pearl buttons. I wore it with a cathedral length lace-trimmed veil. The brooch I wore at my waist is easily removed if you wish.

This gown was worn once, has been professionally dry-cleaned by Blue and White premium wedding dress specialists Neutral Bay ($400 receipt available) and is in excellent condition.
