The Dress

Hello!

I am selling my used Ronald Joyce, 'Lizzie', wedding gown. It is with a heavy heart that I say goodbye to this dress but I am moving back to Canada and I am unable to take it with me.

Professionally cleaned, twice. Dress can be boxed and sealed at request.

The dress is absolutely gorgeous and has enough volume to still have the ball gown effect. No alterations were done from the waist up. Still has the beautiful embellished belt and flattering, fitted top.

I will happily cover costs of tracked delivery depending on offer. Buyer may also wish to arrange for collection. No refunds, sorry!

Alterations

All alterations were done professionally by a tailor at Roberto Cavalli. I had the train shortened because it was too long and not practical for our outdoor wedding. A hook was also added at the back of the dress so you can pin up the train when it's time to dance! I also had the dress hemmed (I'm 5'6 and wore 4" platforms) and 2 layers of tulle removed because the dress was IMPOSSIBLY heavy. After doing this, I also had the dress taken in 1.5 inches on both sides so that it fell naturally as it's a very thick material.
