The Dress
This stunning dress did not get worn due to us changing the venue of our wedding (was originally planned to be in the old town of Dubrovnik, Croatia, during their summer) but due to logistical reasons we ended up having the wedding in Perth during the winter, (so I had a dress made suitable for the winter...long lace sleeves etc..)
There was a minor alteration in the bustle and bodice which were taken in slightly. (I am 170 cm tall with a slender build)
I loved the ease of having a crisp silk skirt for a summer wedding in such a gorgeous, romantic place - the enchanted city of Dubrovnik. The silk skirt pairs magnificently with the lace bodice, and will fit one lucky lady like a glove! The dress epitomises romance and would have suited the surrounds of Dubrovnik among the beautiful Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque churches, monasteries, palaces and fountains.
I absolutely loved this dress even though I did not get to wear it!
Despite being in storage, it is still in perfect condition.
