The Dress

This is a soft, beaded, ethereal dress by Spanish designer Rosa Clara. It is beautiful to wear - soft, flowing and romantic. The vintage yet contemporary look will suit many different weddings.

The dress is composed of a silk underlay and a hand-beaded tulle overlay. It has a v-neck front, sweet flutter cap sleeves, and an illusion beaded back. The skirt is beautifully made to flow elegantly.

I bought the dress at a boutique in New York City - it is not stocked by many Australian suppliers.

Price includes the lace belt as featured in the photographs and full length Rosa Clara travel bag.

My details: 5 foot 2 inches (I wore 7 inch heels on the day), 52 kg.

ALTERATIONS: this dress was customised to fit - the dimensions are below. I'm quite short and small, so it is important the dress is long enough for you, and fits your waist. Otherwise there is some flexibility (e.g. around the bust and hips) because the fit is flowing, not skin-tight.

Shoulder to highest point of hem, at front: 160cm
V-neck to waist: 22cm
Shoulder to waist: 43cm
Waist circumference: 63cm

FLAWS: This dress has been worn once, on my wedding day, and has been dry-cleaned. I had an outdoor ceremony so there is some discolouration on the inside of the slip. This may come out with stain remover, but it is not visible from the outside. The dress may be missing some beads here and there, but this is not noticeable.
