The Dress
This dress is an ivory, fishtail style and is by Karen George for Benjamin Roberts It laces up like a corset inside but this is concealed by a zip and buttons. The dress has elegant beading on the top half embroidered onto the tulle fabric over satin. At the back, the sheer thick straps flow out into an almost Grecian style train. I wore it at my wedding in May 2016.
I normally wear a size 6 to 8 but the label size of this dress is a 10. I had some minor alterations; the main body was taken in by about an inch and the straps shortened. I also had the length adjusted, I am 5ft tall and wore it with 3 inch heels.
Whilst the dress has been professionally dry cleaned by a wedding dress specialist, a few minor blemishes remain as you would expect with a used dress.
