This is a gorgeous Reem Acra dress. I got this one and another for my wedding and am deciding to go with the other. This dress is originally a size 10 but altered to fit a 4. It is open back and has bra cups and small straps added that can easily be taken off. If was a personal comfort choice to add them from left over material.
It hs been altered as well to fit someone 5'7" and shorter.
