The Dress

I bought this beautiful Samantha dress by Leanne Marshal from the Bridal Atelier in Melbourne. It is a light Ivory dress and I fell in love at first sight. I got so many compliments on the day and its so easy to wear and comfortable to dance in. I never had to adjust it on my body during my wedding day. I normally wear a 8 dress but I had alternations on it to make it a bit smaller as I lost weight around the wedding day. My tailor said it was a really easy to make alterations on so I don't think you will have any problems if you need to make it a little bit bigger or smaller. I added some extra padding to the bust to give a little more shape but it can easily be removed. The ribbon around the middle did not come as part of the dress but I will happily let you have it if you like it.
I wore 11cm light Ivory heels. On the wedding night, the dress was great to dance in as I could twirl it around and never had any problems. I'm very sad to see it go but my husband is from Canada and we are planning a trip overseas so need to sell it off as soon as possible.
The condition of the dress is really good, there is a tiny bit damage on the fabric of the skirt but because of the way the dress hangs, you can not notice it - although i think it could be easily be fixed if needed. Definitely worth coming and checking out!
