The Dress

Absolutely gorgeous size 8-10 wedding dress for sale, with accompanying hoop. I wore this dress at my wedding in August 2012 and now I’m looking for a good home!

Everyone commented on this stunning dress and I felt like a princess. It cost over £1,500 brand new and the hoop cost £120 new.

This dress was originally a size 12. A professional seamstress has altered this dress – she dropped the gathered detail on the hip so that it suited my height (I’m 5’8’’ and wore 2’’ heels). She also took the dress in, so that it is now a size 8-10. My knowledge about dress alterations is limited but you may be able to alter the bodice again to suit. There are a few nicks underneath the dress (from the ground), but they hardly notice and can easily be mended by a professional.

The dress has been cleaned by Johnsons, where it has been professionally dry-cleaned. I would recommend the dress being pressed before the big day!
